The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia announced the availability of the rescheduling and cancellation feature for the appointment service in primary health care centers through Sehhaty app. Follow Saudi Expatriates on imo channel
The Ministry of Health explained that this service to make it easier for the beneficiary to book and control his appointments with health from anywhere, at any time through Sehhaty (My Health) application. See Also : Ministry of Health calls every parent to make sure their child vaccinated on time
- This will preserve the time of the beneficiary and allow him to cancel the appointment in case that he is unable to attend, so that it will make opportunity for another reference to benefit from it.
- According to the Ministry, among the features of this service are booking and managing appointments for beneficiaries, canceling and rescheduling appointments, knowing the clinics provided in the centers, searching for the nearest health center that provides the required service, choosing a doctor and reminding the appointment through text messages.
