The Ministry of Tourism in Saudi Arabia confirmed that a visit visa holder for the purpose of Tourism are not eligible to perform Hajj rituals at all. Trending : List of 49 countries whose citizens can apply for Saudi Tourist e-visa





As the regulations and instructions of the Kingdom prevent those who obtain a tourist visa for performing Hajj while in the Kingdom and also prevent them from performing Umrah during Hajj season, which is set by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

- However, Tourist visa holders can perform Umrah during normal days after booking an appointment through Eatmarna or Tawakkalna applications. During Hajj season Umrah is prohibited for all, this is to allow those coming for Hajj to perform their rituals with ease.

- The Ministry of Tourism in its statement called on those wishing to come to Saudi Arabia on Tourist visit visa to abide by the pledges that were approved, and to review the instructions before obtaining the visa, and to fully comply with all the instructions issued in this regard, as this helps to avoid any violation of the regulations.
