Step 1: Visit the Contact Page

Step 2: Fill in Basic Details
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Complete Address
Step 3: Select Profile Verification
From the Subject dropdown, select Profile Verification.
Step 4: Complete Verification Details
- Select Badge Type (Blue / Gold / Gray)
- Select ID Type (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc.)
- Enter ID Number
- Upload National ID document
- Add a message (optional)
Step 5: Submit the Form
Accept the Terms & Conditions, complete the captcha, and click Submit.
Step 6: Receive Ticket Number
After submission, you will receive a unique Ticket Number.
Step 7: Track Ticket Status
You can track your application status in real time using:

Enter your ticket number to check whether your request is Approved, Rejected, or Pending. You will also receive live updates via email.
